Quem deve ser o sucessor? Kieran McKenna tem sido falado, mas é mais uma decisão estranha dos Blues. O Chelsea foi a quarta equipa da Premier League que fez mais pontos desde de Dezembro, estava finalmente a ter alguma consistência e agora volta novamente a revolucionar.
O Chelsea anunciou que Pochettino está de saída do comando técnico dos Blues. O técnico, ex-Tottenham ou PSG, tinha chegado a Stamford Bridge no início da época e, apesar de uma 1.ª metade da época muito pobre, conseguiu ter alguns bons resultados e guiar o Chelsea ao 6.º lugar da Premier League. No entanto, acabou por não ser suficiente e foi despedido.

Pelo que se falou, o Chelsea tentaria um treinador jovem e emergente na eventualidade de Pochetino sair, não há assim tantos managers que se enquadrem nesse perfil, apenas Thiago Motta, Rúben Amorim, Sebastian Hoeneß e Roberto de Zerbi. Penso que o próximo treinador do Chelsea será um destes 4 nomes, sendo que o Amorim é o favorito, mas a questão da cláusula pode ser o maior impeditivo para a sua saída.

Em resumo os treinadores e jogadores sao cobicados pelas qualidades que demonstram onde quer que seja, embora sim os titulos internacionais ajudam muito.

Atenção que se nós abstrairmos do dono do clube isto era um projeto que no abstrato perfeito para o Rúben…. Sem competições europeias ou na segunda ou terceira liga das mesmas e com um plantel jovem e dinheiro… podia resultar.

Fez o que podia com a matéria prima que tinha à disposição, com várias lesões que teve e retirou o melhor de vários jogadores, com Cole Palmer à cabeça que fez uma super época.
A ideia de um técnico jovem é interessante, mas não sei se se aplica ao contexto do Chelsea.

O Arsenal teve paciencia com o Arteta, o Liverpool com o Klopp. Nao percebo de todo esta decisao, sendo que a equipa foi algo desfalcada com lesoes ao longo da época e que se notou um claro crescimento ao longo da época. Bem como adepto do Tottenham e como quem nao gosta nada do Chelsea, ate fico feliz com esta decisao, porque acho que na próxima época estariam fortíssimos.
